If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can turn to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), which examines disputes between consumers and businesses. ARN examines a case if the business has rejected your claim or has not answered within a reasonable time, and your complaint must reach ARN within one year of when you first complained to the business. We take part in ARN's examination of disputes. If you bought from a business seller, the other party is the seller, not DUZO.

Recalled products, and products the EU's Safety Gate alert system has identified as dangerous, may not be sold here. If we learn that such a product is being offered, we remove the listing and tell the seller why. An order from an authority to remove a listing is carried out within two working days at the latest, and a notice about a product's safety is processed within three working days at the latest.
When someone sells as a business, the listing must show the manufacturer's name and contact details (and the responsible person in the EU if the manufacturer is outside the EU), information identifying the product, and the warnings and safety information that go with it. Business sellers fill this in under Product information (GPSR) when they post the listing, and it is shown on the listing under the description.
