These terms apply whenever you use DUZO, whether you're browsing, bidding, buying, or selling. By creating an account you agree to the terms below.
The DUZO service is provided by Duzzoz AB (company registration number 559597-5946, VAT number SE559597594601), Gamla Stationsgatan 2, 382 30 Nybro, Sverige, email info@duzo.se. Below, "DUZO", "we" and "the platform" mean Duzzoz AB and the marketplace it operates.
A "seller" is a user whose seller account has been approved and who lists an item (a "listing", also called an "auction").
A "bidder" is a logged-in user who places a "bid" — a stated price they're willing to pay for the item.
A "max bid" is the highest amount a bidder is privately willing to pay; the system automatically raises the bidder's visible bid, step by step, up to that max bid.
The "winning bid" is the highest bid when the auction ends, provided any reserve price has been met.
"Buy now" is an optional fixed price a seller can set that lets a buyer end the auction immediately without bidding.
A "reserve price" is a minimum price the seller sets privately — the item doesn't sell if the highest bid doesn't reach it, and the price is never shown to buyers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a DUZO account.
Each person may hold one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to get around a suspension, manipulate bidding, or for any other reason is not allowed.
The information you provide when registering must be accurate and kept up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
You can browse and search auctions without an account. Sending messages requires an account. Placing bids or using "buy now" additionally requires that you have confirmed your email address. Listing an item requires an approved seller application.
Registering is the whole of joining: buyers do not apply and are not approved by us. Only those who want to sell apply, at /ansok, and that application is reviewed manually by DUZO. For new accounts we may apply temporary limits on how many bids may be outstanding at once and on their combined value, and for bids above a certain amount we may require your identity to be confirmed first. The limits are stated when they apply.
One account can be used for both buying and selling. The right to buy and bid follows from the account itself; the right to sell requires an approved seller application (see section 5). A refused seller application does not affect your right to buy and bid.
If your seller application is rejected you receive a written reason. We may also ask for more information, in which case you can complete and resubmit the application without starting over.
A bid you place is a binding offer to buy the item at that price if it wins the auction. You cannot withdraw a bid or cancel a "buy now" purchase once it's been registered, except in exceptional cases handled by our support team.
By setting a max bid, you authorize the system to automatically place bids on your behalf, up to the amount you specified, according to the bidding rules described in section 4.
Listing an item for sale is likewise a binding offer to sell the item if a valid bid or "buy now" purchase is accepted under the terms stated in the listing.
A price proposal sent by a buyer to a seller on a listing without bids ranks equally with a bid: if the seller accepts, a binding purchase arises at that price and the auction ends. An unanswered proposal lapses as soon as anyone places a bid on the listing or the item sells another way. Proposals are checked against the same eligibility and amount limits as bids.
Auctions run for a period chosen by the seller, up to a maximum of 20 days.
An auction ends at the end time stated in the listing. That end time is not changed by bids placed late. A bid must be higher than the leading bid and must have reached us before the end time; bids that reach us at or after the end time are refused. The server's clock decides, not the clock on your device. If you would rather not watch the clock, set a maximum bid and it will bid for you up to your limit.
Bids increase in standardized increments that grow with the price. A new max bid must reach at least the next valid increment.
It is prohibited to bid on your own listing, to collude with someone else to artificially drive up the price ("shill bidding"), or to place a bid without intending to complete the purchase.
Anyone who wins an auction, uses "buy now", or has a price proposal accepted must pay within 5 days. If payment does not arrive, a non-payment strike is recorded against the account, the deal may pass to the next bidder or be relisted, and the seller is notified. At 3 strikes, bidding, "buy now" and price proposals are blocked; the account can still be used to sign in, browse and send messages. A strike is removed where it results from circumstances outside the buyer's control.
The right to sell follows from the seller application described in section 2. Buyers do not apply.
If you are a trader you must state that in the application together with the company's name, organisation number, postal address and e-mail address. These details are shown to buyers on your listings, on your profile and at checkout, because a buyer is to be told who the trader is before the purchase. Keep the address and e-mail address up to date; you change them under Profile & settings. Selling in the capacity of a trader means consumer-protection legislation applies between you and a buyer who is a consumer — see sections 11 and 12.
As a seller, you are responsible for accurately and truthfully describing the item's condition, features, and any defects.
In addition to commission, you may optionally choose paid add-ons for better placement of a listing: Feature for 9 kronor, Top placement for 29 kronor, or both for 34 kronor. The price is shown before publishing. An add-on is charged only if the item sells, is deducted from the sale amount at payout, and costs nothing if the item remains unsold — including if you list it again.
DUZO charges a commission on a completed sale. The commission is 7 % of the final price, with a minimum of 2 kronor and a maximum of 149 kronor per item sold. For example: an item sold for 1 000 kronor is charged 70 kronor; an item sold for 10 000 kronor is charged 149 kronor, because the cap applies. The 149 kronor cap applies from 2 122 kronor upwards, however expensive the item is. No commission at all is charged on items in the Vehicles category. Commission is always calculated on the final price and never on shipping, which goes to the seller in full.
If the item does not sell, no fee is charged. This admits no exception: DUZO has no listing fee, no final fee on unsold items, and no fee for listing an item again.
All fees DUZO charges — commission and add-ons — are stated including VAT (25 %). The amount stated here is the amount deducted; no VAT is added on top.
During an initial campaign period DUZO charges 0 % commission. The ordinary commission described above takes effect on 1 October 2026. Until then a completed sale costs nothing beyond any add-ons.
The fee level that applies to a sale is the one in force when the auction ended — not the one in force when payment or payout occurs. An increase in the fees never takes effect retroactively and is communicated to affected sellers at least 30 days before it applies. The current and any upcoming levels are always stated on the Pricing & fees page.
Certain categories of items may not be sold, including stolen goods, counterfeits, weapons and ammunition without valid permits, illegal substances, recalled and dangerous products, and items whose sale would violate Swedish law. If you sell as a trader, the product safety requirements in section 19 also apply.
All payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. The wallet in the service is a view of your balance with the provider — it shows what is on its way in, what has been released, and what is on its way out. Buyers pay when they win an auction or use "buy now".
Payment is received and held by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, our payment provider, until the buyer confirms the item has been received — either by confirming the parcel was delivered, or by confirming an in-person pickup. Only then is the amount released to the seller, with one exception for parcels whose shipping was booked through DUZO and that the carrier has registered as delivered, for purchases paid on or after 1 November 2026: if the buyer does not confirm receipt, the amount is released automatically once 14 days have passed from the day the carrier registered the delivery, provided no report (section 10) and no withdrawal (section 12) is open for the deal. If the fourteenth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, Swedish public holiday, Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the amount is released only once the next weekday has passed, the same way the withdrawal period is counted. The buyer is reminded at least three days before the amount is released, and again if a report has been closed in the meantime. For pickups, for parcels whose shipping was not booked through DUZO (even when the seller has entered a parcel number themselves), and for purchases paid before 1 November 2026, the amount is only released by the buyer's confirmation. DUZO never holds your money itself; the wallet in the service shows your balance with the payment provider.
Released money stays in your payout account with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd until you withdraw it. You withdraw money with the Withdraw money button under My money; the withdrawal is made by the payment provider from your account with them to the bank account you have registered there, not by DUZO. If money has been in your balance for longer than the payment provider allows, currently 90 days, it may be paid out to the registered bank account without your asking. To withdraw money you must have completed the payment provider's registration of your account, including the identity and bank details the provider is required by law to collect.
A withdrawal must be at least 50 kronor and may not exceed your available balance. A released amount becomes available for withdrawal when the payment provider has made it available, which for a recently paid purchase can take a few days. You can have one withdrawal on its way at a time; the next can be requested once the previous one has reached the bank or has come back. A withdrawal normally reaches your bank account within 1–4 banking days, but the time also depends on your bank and cannot be guaranteed. A withdrawal costs you nothing.
If a withdrawal does not go through, for example because the bank account has been closed or the details are wrong, the amount comes back to your balance under My money. You then correct the bank details and make a new withdrawal.
If a dispute arises, DUZO may postpone the release of an amount pending investigation, see section 10. The money remains with the payment provider in the meantime. A withdrawal cannot be made while your balance is negative, while the payment provider is waiting for details from you or reviewing your account, when the payment provider has disabled payouts for your account, or when withdrawals are held back under section 13 or 14.
If you sell as a private individual, you also cannot withdraw money until you have given your Swedish personal identity number (or coordination number) or, if you live outside Sweden, your foreign tax identification number and the country that issued it (see section 13). The money stays in your balance in the meantime, and you can withdraw as soon as the number is given.
The paragraphs above on withdrawing money apply from 10 November 2026. Until then the previous wording applies: sellers can withdraw their available (released) balance to their bank account at any time, and if a dispute arises DUZO may postpone the release of a payout pending investigation.
The seller chooses whether the item can be shipped, picked up in person, or both. If both options are offered, the buyer chooses which one applies at the time of payment.
Shipping prices are calculated automatically from the carrier's price list, based on the parcel's weight and size (volumetric weight) — the seller does not set the price themselves.
For pickup, the buyer and seller agree on the time and exact location between themselves via messaging. If the seller chose to publicly show only an approximate area, the exact address is shared directly between the parties, not publicly on the listing.
The seller must hand the item over for transport, or make it available for pickup, within 5 business days of the purchase being paid. We remind the seller before the deadline passes. If that does not happen the buyer is refunded automatically and the seller is recorded a strike. At 3 strikes the right to sell is withdrawn: seller status is suspended and live listings are ended, while the account can still buy, bid and send messages. A strike is removed if the delay was caused by circumstances outside the seller's control.
Risk in the item (for example, damage or loss in transit) generally passes to the buyer upon receipt. If a problem arises with a shipment or pickup, the seller and buyer are primarily responsible for resolving it together, with DUZO's support and dispute-resolution process available if needed.
The following is not allowed on DUZO: shill bidding or other bid manipulation, fraud or attempted fraud, selling prohibited or illegal items, harassment or threatening language in messages, spam or marketing outside the platform's intended purpose, and attempts to circumvent the platform's payment or contact flows.
The prohibition on bidding on your own listings extends to people close to you: family, partners, friends, colleagues and others with a close relationship to the seller, as well as accounts the seller controls. Where bid manipulation is established, both the seller's and the bidder's accounts are suspended, and a buyer who won an auction whose price was artificially driven up is not bound by the purchase and receives a full refund. Bid manipulation may constitute a criminal offence and may be reported to the police.
Which items may not be sold is set out on the Prohibited items page, which forms part of these terms.
Violations may result in content removal, loss of seller status, suspension, or termination of your account — see section 14.
Every listing is screened when it is posted and when it is edited. The screening runs in three stages: first a fixed word list, which catches a small number of words that have no permitted use in a listing here; then a language model (Google Gemini) which reads the title, category, description and up to six photos against the rules on the Prohibited items page; and last a fallback for the cases where the model does not answer in time.
Where the breach is clear the listing is never created at all, and you are told which rule it breaks. You are not told which word or which detail decided it — handing that out would be handing the filter to whoever wants to get around it.
Where the case is unclear the listing is created hidden and put in a queue for a person. You get a message about it, and normally an answer the same day.
If the model cannot be reached the listing is published and screened again in the background instead — except where the word list has already flagged something, in which case it waits for a person.
The measures available against a listing are to refuse it, to hide it pending review, and to remove it after review. Withdrawing seller status or suspending an account is always decided by an administrator and never automatically, see section 14. Repeated refusals trigger no automatic penalty; they only mean a person takes a closer look.
If you believe an automated decision is wrong, you can contest it by writing to support or by replying to the message about the decision. A person then reconsiders the listing. No automated decision is final without a person being able to review it, which follows from article 22 of the GDPR and from the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
Anyone can report content on DUZO that they believe is illegal, with or without an account: through the Report listing link on every listing, or through the Report illegal content page, which is linked from the footer and from the support page. A notice must give the address of the content, an explanation of why it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that the information is given in good faith. A notice about child sexual abuse can be made anonymously.
We confirm that the notice has arrived, and a person reviews it. The person who reported gets the decision with the reasons for it. If we hide a listing after a notice, the seller gets a statement of reasons setting out what we have done, the ground in law or in these terms the decision rests on, and how it can be reviewed. The seller is not told who reported it. A running auction is paused, and the time that was left is given back if the decision is lifted.
Both the person who reported and the seller can ask for a review, free of charge, within six months of being told of the decision, through the link in the message. A person looks at the case again and gives a reasoned decision, and a decision that turns out to be wrong is changed. If you believe DUZO does not comply with the EU Digital Services Act, you can complain to the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS), and you can always go to court.
Suspected offences involving a threat to someone's life or safety are reported to the police.
The point of contact for users and authorities on questions about content screening is info@duzo.se.
Changed rules apply going forward. A listing that was permitted when it was posted is not removed retroactively because the rules were later changed.
Ratings can only be left between two parties who completed an actual transaction with each other, and only once per transaction.
If you believe a rating you received is unfair or incorrect, you can appeal it. Appeals are reviewed by an administrator with access to the chat history and transaction details before a decision is made. If the appeal is upheld, the rating is removed.
If a problem arises with a deal (for example, a missing parcel or an item that doesn't match its description), you can report it via the messaging feature. Reports are reviewed by our support team, who have access to the same materials as in rating appeals.
DUZO is a marketplace that facilitates contact and transactions between independent buyers and sellers. We do not sell any of the items listed on the platform ourselves and are not a party to the purchase agreement between buyer and seller.
Consumer-protection obligations that normally fall on a seller (for example, statutory return/complaint rights under Swedish consumer sales law, where the seller is a business) apply directly between the buyer and the seller — not against DUZO. We recommend that buyers and sellers understand which rules apply to their particular deal, for example depending on whether the seller is a private individual or a business.
A sale between two private individuals is governed by the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (köplagen). There is no right of withdrawal there — a winning bid or a "buy now" is binding. The item must still match the listing, and if it doesn't you can raise it directly with the seller and report the transaction to us under section 10.
If the seller is a trader and you are a consumer, the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) apply between you. As a general rule you then have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the day you received the item, and three years to raise a complaint. The right of withdrawal has exceptions, for example goods made to your specifications or goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken. The right is exercised against the seller, not against DUZO. The simplest way is “Withdraw from contract here” on the purchase under My purchases: your notice then reaches the seller and you get a receipt straight away.
Paid add-ons, by contrast, are a service you buy from DUZO. If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from it, counted from the day you buy the add-on — that is, when the listing is published. An add-on takes effect as soon as the listing is published, so before the purchase we ask you to expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, and to confirm that you understand the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed — which it has when the listing ends. Without that request add-ons cannot be added to the listing; the listing can then be published without them.
You therefore keep your right of withdrawal within 14 days of publication, and while the listing is still running, and withdrawing from an add-on is free of charge. The law would allow us to charge for the part of the service already performed, but we do not: if you withdraw, we remove the add-on from the listing and you are charged nothing for it, not even if the item then sells. Withdraw with “Withdraw from the add-on contract here” on the listing under My listings, and you get a receipt straight away. You can also write to info@duzo.se or use the contact form on the support page and say which listing it concerns. The fact that the fee is only charged once the item sells does not change the right of withdrawal — it attaches to when the contract is made and the service begins, not to the payment.
Withdrawal function. To withdraw from a purchase from a business seller, use the “Withdraw from contract here” button on the purchase under My purchases; to withdraw from an add-on you bought from DUZO, use “Withdraw from the add-on contract here” on the listing under My listings. The button stays there for the whole withdrawal period, and you can reach the same function through “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of every page. You confirm your name and which contract it is, choose whether you want the receipt by email or only in your account, and then confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. You immediately get a receipt showing the date and time. You can also always withdraw by sending a message to the seller, or to info@duzo.se for an add-on, or by using the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, which is on the Right of withdrawal page.
DUZO is a reporting platform operator under the Swedish Act (2022:1681) on platform operators' collection of certain information in the field of taxation, which implements the EU's DAC7 directive.
This means that every year, by 31 January, we file a report with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) covering sellers who during the preceding calendar year completed 30 sales or more through the platform, or received more than EUR 2,000 in total (roughly 22 000 kronor). For an individual the information is first and last name, address, Swedish personal identity number (or a foreign tax identification number and the country that issued it), date of birth, VAT number if there is one, and the country where the seller is resident for tax purposes. For a company it is the full registered name, address, organisation number, VAT number if there is one, and any permanent establishments in other EU countries. For each quarter we also report the consideration paid, the number of sales and the fees DUZO deducted, together with the account the payouts went to and the account holder's name, insofar as we hold them — the account number is the one you gave us yourself.
Your name, address and organisation number you gave us when you applied to sell or filled in your account details. Your date of birth and the number of the account your payouts go to, in your own or the company's name, you give yourself under My account → My money; a company gives only the account. You can give them whenever you like, and when you approach one of the thresholds we request them, together with your VAT number if you have one. As a private individual you give your Swedish personal identity number (or coordination number) in the application to sell, or under Profile & settings before your first withdrawal; if you live outside Sweden you give your foreign tax identification number and the country that issued it instead. The number is used for the report to the Swedish Tax Agency under DAC7 and to identify securely who sells and is paid, and it is stored encrypted (see the privacy policy). We verify the details, and they must be given by 31 December of the year concerned. If you do not provide them after the original request and two reminders, and at least 60 days have passed, the law obliges us either to close your account and prevent you from registering again, or to withhold payouts to you until the information is provided. By 31 January we will tell you what information has been reported about you.
Being reported does not in itself make a sale taxable — selling your own used personal belongings is normally tax-free. What applies to you is decided by the tax rules, not by the reporting.
The wording above on the personal identity number and the foreign tax identification number applies from 5 November 2026. Until then the previous wording applies: the personal identity number (or coordination number) is requested together with the VAT number when you approach one of the thresholds.
DUZO may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, suspected fraudulent behavior, repeated well-founded complaints, or where required by law.
Upon suspension, ongoing auctions may be cancelled and unpaid winning bids voided. Already-released wallet balance belonging to the user is unaffected, but a suspended account cannot withdraw money until the investigation is closed.
The sentence above on withdrawals during a suspension applies from 10 November 2026. Until then the previous wording applies: payout may be delayed pending investigation of an ongoing dispute.
You can close your account at any time under Profile & settings → Account & security, provided you have no remaining balance with the payment provider, no ongoing auctions, no active bids and no unpaid transactions. A closed account cannot be reopened. Information we are required by law to keep (accounting, DAC7) is retained in anonymised form — see the privacy policy.
DUZO is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of items — that responsibility lies with the seller.
To the extent permitted by law, DUZO is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the platform, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
You agree to indemnify DUZO against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
We may update these terms, for example when new features are added or legislation changes. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the platform or to your registered email address before they take effect.
Continued use of DUZO after updated terms take effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you have a complaint about DUZO, write to us first at info@duzo.se or through the contact form on the support page. If it concerns a transaction with another user, it is handled under section 10.
If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), which examines disputes between consumers and businesses: Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. We take part in ARN's examination of disputes. ARN examines a case if the business has rejected your claim in whole or in part or has not answered within a reasonable time, and your complaint must reach ARN within one year of when you first complained to the business. ARN's decisions are recommendations. If you bought from a seller who is a trader, it is the seller, not DUZO, who is the other party to such a dispute.
Free guidance before a complaint is available from the Swedish Consumer Agency's consumer guidance service (formerly Hallå konsument) at www.konsumentverket.se or on +46 771 525 525, and from the municipal consumer advisers that many municipalities have.
You always have the right to have the dispute decided by a general court in Sweden instead, or after ARN has examined it.
You enter into the agreement with us to use DUZO when you create an account: you fill in the form, tick the box to accept these terms and press the button to create the account. We record when you accepted the terms and which version they were.
You place a bid on the listing's page. You type the highest amount you are willing to pay into the bid field, which shows the lowest bid that will be accepted, and press the max-bid button. A summary of what you are committing to then appears: the item, the seller, the current price, your max bid and, for each delivery method the listing offers, the most you will pay including shipping if you win. The bid is placed only when you press Confirm max bid. If you press Back, nothing has been sent and you can change or clear the amount in the bid field. The page confirms straight away that your bid has been placed, and the bid then appears under My bids. If yours is the winning bid when the auction ends, a contract of sale has been made between you and the seller — see sections 3 and 4. You are told so in a notification on DUZO and by email, unless you have turned email off in your settings.
"Buy now" also happens on the listing's page. The button shows the item price for what you have chosen, including variant and quantity where the listing has them. Shipping is added as shown in the listing's shipping details, which also appear under the button, and you choose the delivery method at payment, see section 7. Pressing the button opens a summary: the item, the seller and whether a right of withdrawal applies, the variant and quantity, the price and, for each delivery method, the shipping and the total. If you buy more than one, shipping for the whole parcel is calculated at payment. The purchase is binding the moment you press Confirm purchase. Until then you can change your choice: Back returns you to the listing without anything having been bought. The page confirms the purchase straight away, and it then appears on the listing and under My purchases.
You write a price offer in the offer field — on the listing or in the message thread with the seller — and press Send offer. A summary then appears: the item, the seller, your amount and, for each delivery method, what you will pay including shipping if the seller accepts. The offer is sent only when you press Confirm offer; with Back you can change the amount or cancel. The offer you sent appears in the message thread with the seller. When the seller presses Accept, they are shown a summary too — the item, the buyer, the shipping and the price — and the offer becomes a binding purchase only when the seller presses Confirm sale, see section 3. You are then notified on DUZO and by email, unless you have turned email off in your settings, and the purchase appears under My purchases.
You choose add-ons in the form when you create a listing. The price of each add-on and the total are shown straight away, together with a preview of the listing and what you receive after fees. Until you publish you can change or remove anything. The contract for the add-on is made when the listing is published — see sections 5 and 12.
We keep your contracts on your account for as long as the account exists: bids under My bids, purchases under My purchases, your listings under My listings, and price offers in the message thread with the other party. For a paid transaction there is a receipt you can save or print. These terms are always available on this page and can be saved or printed from your browser.
The service and these terms are available in Swedish, English and Norwegian (Bokmål), and you can enter into contracts in whichever of these languages you prefer. You choose the language in the language selector at the bottom of the page. DUZO has not signed up to any particular code of conduct.
Details about us: Duzzoz AB, company registration number 559597-5946, VAT number SE559597594601, Gamla Stationsgatan 2, 382 30 Nybro, Sverige. Email info@duzo.se.
DUZO is an online marketplace under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988). The Regulation places requirements both on us and on anyone selling consumer products in the course of a business. The seller requirements do not apply to private individuals selling their own second-hand things — but the ban on recalled and dangerous products below applies to everyone who sells here.
Our single point of contact for product safety is the same for market surveillance authorities and for consumers: info@duzo.se. Put "Product safety" in the subject line. You can write to us in Swedish or English.
An order from a market surveillance authority to remove a listing or disable access to it is carried out without undue delay and in any event within two working days. A notice concerning the safety of a product is processed within three working days at the latest.
Products that have been recalled, or that the EU's Safety Gate alert system has identified as dangerous, may not be sold on DUZO — see Prohibited items. The rule is part of the listing review described in section 9. If we learn that a dangerous product is being offered or has been sold here, we remove the listing, inform the seller, contact the buyers who bought the product here, and cooperate with authorities and manufacturers so that the recall reaches them.
If you sell as a trader, the listing must clearly show: the manufacturer's name, registered trade name or registered trade mark, and the postal and email address at which the manufacturer can be contacted; where the manufacturer is not established in the EU, the name, postal and email address of the responsible person in the EU; information identifying the product — a picture, its type and any other product identifier, such as a model, batch or serial number; and any warnings and safety information that must be on the product or accompany it. You fill in these details under Product information (GPSR) when you post the listing, in Swedish; they are shown on the listing under the description. Show the labelling in the photos as well.
By selling as a trader on DUZO you undertake to offer only products that comply with the Regulation and other product safety legislation, to answer our and the authorities' questions about a product you have sold here, and to cooperate in a recall. If a trader repeatedly offers products that do not comply, we may suspend the account after a warning — see section 14.
Published 25 October 2026, in force from 10 November 2026. Section 6, withdrawals: "at any time" is replaced by how withdrawals actually work — the money stays with the payment provider until you withdraw it (and may be paid out by the provider after 90 days), a withdrawal is at least 50 kronor and at most your available balance, one at a time, normally reaches the bank within 1–4 banking days and costs nothing, and a withdrawal that does not go through comes back to your balance. The section also lists what stops a withdrawal: an incomplete registration with the payment provider, details it is waiting for, the provider reviewing the account or having disabled payouts, a negative balance, withdrawals held back under section 13 or 14 and, if you sell as a private individual, a personal identity number (or coordination number) or foreign tax identification number with its country not yet given. Section 13: the place where you give your date of birth and account is now called My account → My money (previously Profile & settings → Balance & payouts); only the name changes. Section 14: a suspended account cannot withdraw money until the investigation is closed.
Published 20 October 2026, in force from 5 November 2026. Section 13: as a private individual you give your personal identity number (or coordination number) in the application to sell, or under Profile & settings before your first withdrawal, instead of being asked for it when you approach the reporting thresholds. If you live outside Sweden you give your foreign tax identification number and the country that issued it instead. The section also says what the number is used for.
